The meat filler B2 FNA is designed for dosing and filling glass and metal cans with meat, fat and salt with pepper. The unit is able to work with meat and cereal raw materials, cereal with meat, etc. It is involved in meat canning production in meat canning lines.
Principle of operation: Empty cans from a working conveyor are captured by a star to receive a fat dispenser, which fills each can with a certain portion of fat and redistributes it to an intermediate star, which moves the cans under the salt dispenser with spices. After dosing of fat and salt, the jars are sent under the tower for dosing, filling with meat. The meat is divided into 50-120 g. It is sent to the receiving hopper of the feeder and auger is pumped into the measuring glasses of the tower for dispensing through a specialized nozzle, after which a dose of meat is given to the can.
The performance characteristics of the machine is regulated from 78 to 120 cans per minute, subject to the use of lumpy meat in the production of canned food according to GOST and depends on the capacity of the can. To reset the machine to a different size of cans, you must have a set of replacement parts (ordered separately).
