The machine is designed to remove pits from an oblong plum.

This machine is equipped with:

- drive mechanism

- a mechanism for knocking out pits.

The principle of the machine is as follows: from the motor-reducer movement is transmitted to the drive shaft, through the mechanism of the "Maltese cross", providing cyclical linear movement of the matrix blade of the machine. Removable polyurethane matrix plates are attached to the plate chain.

Laying the fruit on the matrix, is done manually by one or two operators depending on the specified machine performance.

For maintenance of the car is enough 1 person.

All items in contact with the product, including the frame, are made of stainless steel, approved for use in the food industry.
